As you know, drivers are involved in Loyalty programme. Every month all drivers receive bonuses, which depends on their activity.
Congratulations to the absolute leader - Modris Kandavnieks. 2nd and 3rd places goes to Gatis Jakubanecs and Maris Aboltins. They all received the biggest bonuses in August.
P.S. Loyalty program was introduced in January 2013, with purpose to motivate our drivers and strengthen customer loyalty.
Each driver received loyalty cards with assigned code on them. Drivers can give these cards to all their existing and prospective customers. If customer indicates the specific loyalty code that appears on the card when making the reservation, he gets a discount and driver gets a commission.
