May I say that I was entirely satisfied with the transport service you provided. The vehicle was acceptable.
The driver drove well and safely. He addressed unforeseen junction closures (with consequent route changes) and traffic jams calmly and in practical way.
He was polite, thoughtful and strove to be helpful. He was communicative and professional. He kept me appropriately informed of our travel progress and provided updates on our ETA when through no fault of his own, the required ETA was looking challenging. Above all, he got me there on time !! For the return journey he had impressively planned an alternative route - which he discussed with me - to try and avoid the traffic problems we'd endured on the outward journey. Quite brilliantly - at the height of a rush hour in Nottingham - he brought me back to London even faster.
If you need positive feedback on the quality of the transport service you provided to me, it will be my pleasure to provide you with the same.
