"I am writing to tell you how very satisfied we were with the transfer service you offered from and to Lyon airport to Oz en Oisans for us last week.

The drivers were on time, polite, drove safely and it was an excellent service in a comfortable vehicle with plenty of space. We were dismayed to know that we were to be picked up early on the return journey (and surprisingly the driver did not seem to know that the time had been altered but appeared at the new time!) but as it transpired the weather conditions were unfavourable, snow chains were required, and the road conditions had deteriorated so it was a good decision and we were within plenty of time for the flight.
We will definitely recommend your company to others in the future and, in fact, my daughter will also be using you next Saturday, February 7th"
